For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made to the courier at the time of delivery.
Shipping
We offer FREE shipping across Pakistan.
Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on your location or unforeseen courier delays.
Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only available for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing upon delivery. Please report any such issues within 48 hours of receiving your order.
