Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened or used.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds or replacements will only be approved if:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product arrives damaged or defective.
  • The item is missing from your order.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will process your refund or replacement as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Change of mind after receiving the order

Exchange

Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
